One of the HERBAROM LABORATOIRE site is equipped with two new lines of filling machines. They use little and medium sized bottles that have a great capacity of filling up: from 30ml to 1L.

Filling process, bottle cap process, labelling, marking with ink-jet are realized by the filling machines. Some more specific actions, like putting measure, case or instructions are realized manually at the end of the filling machine process.

As for the manual packaging unit, it gives more flexibility towards customized packaging.

The whole packaging rooms respect food standards. The packaged product is controlled in accordance with requirements fixed by the quality system or with the specific requirements of customers concerning the analysis, labelling and packaging process.

HERBAROM LABORATOIRE owns the right agreements to work with alcohol products. As for our whole processes, packaging units can work with authenticated biological products.
